Popping up everywhere are open back tops of all sorts, ranging from light knits, chunky sweaters, silk tops, cottone tees, you name it!

This trend is all about simplicity with details.  Who knew that a cut in the back of your sweater can look so chic?  A slight slit has never looked so good and everyone will be bringing ‘sexy back’ as JT would say.

My Picks: Best Everyday Neutral Bags

Everyday bags need to be comfortable, roomy, practical and also match with any outfit.  Whether you like to carry a bunch of things for work or just a few necessities for running errands, my personal picks have it all covered! Bags that you wear everyday MUST have the option of wearing it across your body for convenience and/or have adjustable straps.

I chose bags that are black or in neutral tones so it’ll go with whatever you wear for the day. What’s your favorite bad to wear everyday? Please share :)

My Picks: H&M Winter 2012 – Accessories

If you’ve been shopping, you’ll know that there’s cozy & warm clothes EVERYWHERE! I don’t like to be cold, but seeing all the new styles, colors and trends is super exciting.

Last week, while I was shopping around for Halloween, I ended up in H&M (definitely no costume in there!).  They had a ton of new stuff in, which I wanted to buy – like all of it.  What caught my eye was their accessories section with the hats, scarves, gloves etc etc – the creams, greys, blacks, maroon and kelly green were just screaming fall/winter.

So here’s my personal favourites from the accessories section at H&M:

I think I need this hat to keep me warm… thoughts?

The cozy faux fur collar instantly glams up a sweater/jacket (and keeps you warm) and the patterned scarves will really add shape & color to an otherwise boring winter outfit.

You’ll feel so much warmer if you keep a hat on! I especially love the fuzzy ball on the top.  The simple toques on the side will go with just about anything and keep you toasty!
