Do Good, Feel Good & Look Good!

This year, I’ve been part of Canadian Cancer Society’s Relay for Life Toronto West committee.  As a part of planning this event for a great cause, I’ve met some people with amazing stories and other volunteers that dedicate so much time and effort just to help others at need.

I’m also participating in the Relay For Life Event and I want to invite all my Toronto readers to join the fight with me.

Since my blog is mostly about style and fashion, I thought it would be great to start a raffle for you guys where you can do good, feel good and look good, at the same time!

Going On A Beach Vacation: What To Pack

It’s been a while since my last post – but it may be a while for my next one after this because…

I’m finally going on a much-needed vacation tomorrow!

I’m in Toronto, so it’s getting pretty chilly around here, so I’m pretty excited (and anxious) to go sit on a white sandy beach and just… relax :)  … weather permitting haha.

I’ve just started packing last night and i only go to bikinis and some shorts.  I’m also packing some old clothes that I don’t wear to donate to the locals.  I always have a hard time packing unless it’s just an overnight thing because I don’t want to go there.. and end up wearing the same clothes everyday – especially when you sweat in it and can’t do laundry.. thats disgusting!

My friend called me crazy for taking that many bikinis… but better safe than sorry (Clara ;) HAHA) Another tip I received was to take a pair of leggings and a cardigan because it can get chilly at night!  So in the luggage bag they go -

When your favorite product is discontinued…

Just saw the discontinued products list for shiseido here - Shiseido’s Lasting Lift Mascara was honestly so amazing.  It kept your lashes curled and lifted all day with no smudging or clumpiness.

This has been my all time favorite mascara for a few years (right now I stopped wearing mascara b/c I get eyelash extensions) and it’s sad that it’s “dead“!  I think it’s been off the market for a while because i Haven’t been able to find it anywhere for like.. the last few months and this just confirmed it. sad sad sad.  I guess I’ll have to try their alternative – the Perfect mascara Full Definition.
